About the Marley WD07232A
The Marley WD07232A is a 7.5 kW, 240-volt, three-phase electric unit heater made for washdown and corrosive areas in commercial and industrial buildings. It delivers about 25,590 BTU per hour with 700 CFM of airflow. Our listing describes it as a base unit with 24V controls. The cabinet is 16-gauge Type 304 stainless steel with stainless hardware, and the elements have stainless steel sheaths and fins. A coated aluminum fan is driven by a totally enclosed, epoxy-coated ball-bearing motor. A factory-wired control center sits in a NEMA 4X molded fiberglass enclosure under the cabinet, with contactors, an automatic-reset over-temperature protector, a fan delay, a fused transformer for a 24V control circuit, and terminals for a remote thermostat.
A stainless steel wall-and-ceiling swivel bracket is supplied. The heater may be rinsed with water, but not with high-pressure cleaning equipment.
Installation Tips
Turn off power at the breaker before any wiring. Mount the heater permanently on a wall or ceiling with horizontal discharge only, at least 6 ft above the floor and 8 in from the wall or ceiling. Use copper supply wire rated for at least 90°C with watertight conduit fittings, and keep combustibles at least 3 ft from the front.

She was thrilled, and put a new blade on her X-acto knife (a furniture maker) and carefully removed the baffle, as I did, then dropped the replacement in. Cheers all around! So, No. 3 is the neighborhood spare.
I used a Magill forceps (I’m a medical writer and interviewer) in the past to remove foreign objects that fell in, while the neighbor always had a pair of long needle nose pliers handy. We both agreed that it was “about time” we had a removable/replaceable baffle. (Yes, yes, we always always unplugged the unit, even flipped the breaker, before diving in.)

I was slightly disappointed when I ordered the right part for my discontinued Craftsman shop vac. I ordered a replacement blower wheel that actually fits a Rigid. The problem was the one sent was only a 1/4" between the impeller and my original wheel was 3/8". Good news is the Representative found the correct wheel. Back in business. I however, had to pay for return shipping.
