Refund and Returns Policy


Our refunds and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can not offer you a full refund or exchange.


To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Non-returnable items:

  • Special Order Items
  • Electrical items
  • Items that have been installed

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. All returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee.

If the order is cancelled before the product has shipped, the order is refunded in full. If the order is cancelled after the product has shipped, the product must be returned and is subject to a 20% restock fee.


Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

Defective or Damaged

We replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email.


All parts sold through Carroll Parts carry a 90 day parts warranty against all manufacturer defects.

Shipping Costs

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
