Pretty simple, my Instahot tank blew the heater and I needed a replacement. Every other place only wanted to sell me a completely new unit (with an unneeded faucet). Carroll had exactly what I needed, at a reasonble price, and shipped it on time. Highly recommended.

Generally a very good transaction. The website is excellent and even had an install video. The selection of OEM equipment is great and so is the pricing. My only complaint is that shipping costs were higher than I expected, but it was FedEx so I thought that was OK. It came USPS….

I ordered three (3) as they were inexpensive and . . . my neighbor has the same model!
She was thrilled, and put a new blade on her X-acto knife (a furniture maker) and carefully removed the baffle, as I did, then dropped the replacement in. Cheers all around! So, No. 3 is the neighborhood spare.
I used a Magill forceps (I’m a medical writer and interviewer) in the past to remove foreign objects that fell in, while the neighbor always had a pair of long needle nose pliers handy. We both agreed that it was “about time” we had a removable/replaceable baffle. (Yes, yes, we always always unplugged the unit, even flipped the breaker, before diving in.)

Service was outstanding. The only issue was the failure of USPS to deliver the product within the originally stated time window of Oct 31 or Nov 1. It arrived Nov 6 or 7. Perhaps an Amazon delivery would be better for your customers.

I ordered an "InSinkErator 76694 Stopper Cover Control Plus" to replace the previous one I had. I provided the part number to the Customer Service person I spoke with. I was slightly disappointed when I ordered the right part for my discontinued Craftsman shop vac. I ordered a replacement blower wheel that actually fits a Rigid. The problem was the one sent was only a 1/4" between the impeller and my original wheel was 3/8". Good news is the Representative found the correct wheel. Back in business. I however, had to pay for return shipping.
