About the Marley WHB3150FC
The Marley WHB3150FC is a fan-forced electric wall heater from Marley's WHB3000 series. It runs on 120 volts, single phase, and puts out 1500 watts. A rotary thermostat knob sets the comfort level. Turning the knob about 30 degrees past OFF runs the fan alone without heat. The fan starts after a short warm-up and keeps running after shutoff to cool the elements.
A disconnect switch is mounted in the back box. A manual-reset thermal overheat protector with a red RESET button sits behind the grille. The unit conforms to UL 2021 and CSA C22.2 No. 46.
The heater mounts in a wall only, not in a ceiling. It can be recessed between 16-inch on-center studs in new construction, recessed into an existing wall, or surface-mounted with a frame.
Installation Tips
Turn off power at the breaker before installing or servicing the heater. According to the manual, keep at least 8 inches from the floor and adjacent walls, 36 inches from the ceiling, and 3 feet from combustibles at the front. Do not use it outdoors or in damp locations, and do not run it without the grille installed.

She was thrilled, and put a new blade on her X-acto knife (a furniture maker) and carefully removed the baffle, as I did, then dropped the replacement in. Cheers all around! So, No. 3 is the neighborhood spare.
I used a Magill forceps (I’m a medical writer and interviewer) in the past to remove foreign objects that fell in, while the neighbor always had a pair of long needle nose pliers handy. We both agreed that it was “about time” we had a removable/replaceable baffle. (Yes, yes, we always always unplugged the unit, even flipped the breaker, before diving in.)

I was slightly disappointed when I ordered the right part for my discontinued Craftsman shop vac. I ordered a replacement blower wheel that actually fits a Rigid. The problem was the one sent was only a 1/4" between the impeller and my original wheel was 3/8". Good news is the Representative found the correct wheel. Back in business. I however, had to pay for return shipping.
