About the Marley WH4508FCNW
The WH4508FCNW is a WH Series architectural heavy-duty electric wall heater. It recesses into the wall in a back box and blows warm air down and out through openings along the bottom of the grille. It is rated 4800 watts on a 208-volt, single-phase circuit and draws 23.1 amps.
Heat is controlled by a built-in thermostat that cycles the heating elements. A fan delay keeps the fan running after the elements shut off so leftover heat is cleared from the unit, and a manual-reset thermal limit adds overheat protection. A power on/off switch is part of the heater's wiring.
The heater is made for wall mounting only, with the air discharging downward. An optional surface-mounting frame is also available. It is certified to ANSI/UL 2021 and CSA C22.2 No. 46.
Installation Tips
Turn off power at the main panel before installing or servicing. In existing construction, cut a wall opening 14-1/2" wide by 18-1/2" high, no closer than 8" to the floor. In new construction the back box fits between studs on 16" centers. Leave at least 6" of supply lead inside the back box and use 10 AWG minimum supply wire.
Keep at least 8" from the floor and adjacent walls, allow 36" to the ceiling, and keep furniture, drapes and cords at least 3 feet from the front of the heater.

She was thrilled, and put a new blade on her X-acto knife (a furniture maker) and carefully removed the baffle, as I did, then dropped the replacement in. Cheers all around! So, No. 3 is the neighborhood spare.
I used a Magill forceps (I’m a medical writer and interviewer) in the past to remove foreign objects that fell in, while the neighbor always had a pair of long needle nose pliers handy. We both agreed that it was “about time” we had a removable/replaceable baffle. (Yes, yes, we always always unplugged the unit, even flipped the breaker, before diving in.)

I was slightly disappointed when I ordered the right part for my discontinued Craftsman shop vac. I ordered a replacement blower wheel that actually fits a Rigid. The problem was the one sent was only a 1/4" between the impeller and my original wheel was 3/8". Good news is the Representative found the correct wheel. Back in business. I however, had to pay for return shipping.
