About the Marley F3QL25208
This single quartz lamp heating element is rated at 2500 watts at 208 volts and fits the 33-inch size of Marley / Qmark radiant infrared heaters that use quartz lamp elements.
Quartz lamp elements respond instantly when switched on or off and are rated for a higher watt density. The element draws a maximum of about 12 amps. It is sold individually, so order one for each element you are replacing.
Match the voltage and wattage to the rating plate on your heater, and confirm your heater is in the compatible-models list on this page.
Installation Tips
Disconnect all power at the main service panel before opening the heater. Per the manufacturer's manual, remove the terminal cover at each end, loosen the #10 hex nut, wrap the element lead one full turn around the terminal stud and tighten, leaving a little slack. Cut away excess lead wire so it cannot contact the enclosure. Do not handle the quartz lamp with bare hands.

Can I touch the quartz lamp with bare hands?
No. The manufacturer's manual says not to handle quartz lamps with bare hands, because salt from skin can deteriorate the quartz.
Does this element come in other voltages?
Yes. The 2500W, 33-inch quartz lamp is also made in other voltages, including 277V (F3QL25277) and 480V (F3QL25480). Use the voltage on your heater's rating plate.

I ordered three (3) as they were inexpensive and . . . my neighbor has the same model!
She was thrilled, and put a new blade on her X-acto knife (a furniture maker) and carefully removed the baffle, as I did, then dropped the replacement in. Cheers all around! So, No. 3 is the neighborhood spare.
I used a Magill forceps (I’m a medical writer and interviewer) in the past to remove foreign objects that fell in, while the neighbor always had a pair of long needle nose pliers handy. We both agreed that it was “about time” we had a removable/replaceable baffle. (Yes, yes, we always always unplugged the unit, even flipped the breaker, before diving in.)

I was slightly disappointed when I ordered the right part for my discontinued Craftsman shop vac. I ordered a replacement blower wheel that actually fits a Rigid. The problem was the one sent was only a 1/4" between the impeller and my original wheel was 3/8". Good news is the Representative found the correct wheel. Back in business. I however, had to pay for return shipping.
