About the Marley W1500483CTLS
The Marley W1500483CTLS is a 15 kW corrosion-resistant electric unit heater from the W Series (Model C), built for 480-volt, three-phase power. It puts out about 51,180 BTU per hour and moves roughly 1,330 cubic feet of air per minute.
Its controls include a built-in bulb-and-capillary thermostat with a range of about 40 to 90°F, a heat/off/fan-only switch that can be reached from outside the NEMA 4X enclosure, and a pilot light that glows when the elements are on. An automatic thermal cutout guards against overheating, a fan delay is standard, and the fan motor uses sealed, factory-lubricated ball bearings.
The heater mounts on a wall or ceiling for horizontal or vertical airflow using a universal swivel bracket. It can be vacuumed or rinsed with ordinary city-pressure water before each heating season; high-pressure cleaning should not be used. It is not for hazardous atmospheres with flammable vapors or gases.
Installation Tips
Turn off power at the breaker before any wiring or service. Mount at least 7 ft above the floor for horizontal airflow or 10 ft for vertical airflow, and keep at least 5 ft clear in front of the heater.

She was thrilled, and put a new blade on her X-acto knife (a furniture maker) and carefully removed the baffle, as I did, then dropped the replacement in. Cheers all around! So, No. 3 is the neighborhood spare.
I used a Magill forceps (I’m a medical writer and interviewer) in the past to remove foreign objects that fell in, while the neighbor always had a pair of long needle nose pliers handy. We both agreed that it was “about time” we had a removable/replaceable baffle. (Yes, yes, we always always unplugged the unit, even flipped the breaker, before diving in.)

I was slightly disappointed when I ordered the right part for my discontinued Craftsman shop vac. I ordered a replacement blower wheel that actually fits a Rigid. The problem was the one sent was only a 1/4" between the impeller and my original wheel was 3/8". Good news is the Representative found the correct wheel. Back in business. I however, had to pay for return shipping.
