About the Marley RS329SA
The Marley RS329SA is a 3-element electric infrared (radiant) heater enclosure with a stainless steel body, 24 inches long. We list it with a 90° symmetrical reflector pattern. It is sold as the enclosure only; heating elements are chosen separately from the manufacturer's element selection chart, with quartz lamp, quartz tube and metal sheath types available.
The stainless version is the one the manufacturer recommends for corrosive areas such as marine, greenhouse or chemical storage sites. It can be ceiling mounted by chain (indoors only), conduit or surface mounting, or recessed, and wall mounted with an optional bracket. The elements must sit horizontally.
This heater is intended for industrial and commercial use only and is not suitable for hazardous locations.
Installation Tips
Disconnect power at the main service panel before installing or servicing. Use copper supply wire rated at least 90°C, ground the heater, and confirm the supply voltage matches the nameplate. Keep at least 6 in. to the ceiling, 84 in. to the floor, 24 in. to side walls and 36 in. between side-by-side heaters, and keep combustibles at least 6 ft from the front. Do not touch quartz lamps or tubes with bare hands. The manual requires ground fault equipment protection.

My Insinkerator instant hot water dispenser arrived on time, and as described. I had found for a few dollars less on Ebay but had less confidence in the supplier. I am happy with my purchase as it was easily installed in about ten minutes as replacement for the old one. Be sure and note that this unit is for the heater ONLY, no additional hardware, hoses, dispenser, etc. It was what I needed; be sure that is all you need.

I ordered three (3) as they were inexpensive and . . . my neighbor has the same model!
She was thrilled, and put a new blade on her X-acto knife (a furniture maker) and carefully removed the baffle, as I did, then dropped the replacement in. Cheers all around! So, No. 3 is the neighborhood spare.
I used a Magill forceps (I’m a medical writer and interviewer) in the past to remove foreign objects that fell in, while the neighbor always had a pair of long needle nose pliers handy. We both agreed that it was “about time” we had a removable/replaceable baffle. (Yes, yes, we always always unplugged the unit, even flipped the breaker, before diving in.)

I was sooo impressed! I have a ceiling fan that has up and downward lights, too. After 20 years, the remote wore out. I was slightly disappointed when I ordered the right part for my discontinued Craftsman shop vac. I ordered a replacement blower wheel that actually fits a Rigid. The problem was the one sent was only a 1/4" between the impeller and my original wheel was 3/8". Good news is the Representative found the correct wheel. Back in business. I however, had to pay for return shipping.
