About the Marley RP349SA
The Marley RP349SA is a three-element infrared (radiant) heater enclosure with a painted steel housing, a 46-inch nominal length and a 90° symmetrical reflector. It is an enclosure only: the heating elements are picked and ordered separately to suit the voltage and wattage your job calls for.
The enclosure accepts quartz lamp, quartz tube or metal sheath elements, and the elements must always sit horizontally. It mounts to a ceiling by surface, conduit or chain methods (chain mounting is for indoor use only), and it can go on a wall with the optional RP-WMB wall mounting bracket. Keep the painted housing out of corrosive locations like marine sites, greenhouses and chemical storage rooms; a stainless steel version of the series is the better choice there.
Allow at least 24 in. to side walls, 6 in. to the ceiling, 84 in. to the floor and 36 in. between heaters mounted side by side, and keep combustible materials at least 6 ft from the front of the heater. Don't tilt the heater toward a wall.
Installation Tips
Disconnect power at the main service panel before wiring, servicing or taking the heater apart. Use copper supply wire rated at least 90°C, ground the heater with its green grounding lead, and run it only with ground-fault equipment protection. Make sure the supply voltage matches the element nameplate before turning it on. Don't cycle the elements more than five times per hour, and don't handle quartz lamps or tubes with bare hands. Pick a thermostat, timer or contactor panel rated for the voltage and amperage of the elements you install.

No. It is sold as an enclosure only. Elements are chosen separately (quartz lamp, quartz tube or metal sheath) based on the voltage and wattage you need.
Can it be mounted on a wall?

My Insinkerator instant hot water dispenser arrived on time, and as described. I had found for a few dollars less on Ebay but had less confidence in the supplier. I am happy with my purchase as it was easily installed in about ten minutes as replacement for the old one. Be sure and note that this unit is for the heater ONLY, no additional hardware, hoses, dispenser, etc. It was what I needed; be sure that is all you need.

I ordered three (3) as they were inexpensive and . . . my neighbor has the same model!
She was thrilled, and put a new blade on her X-acto knife (a furniture maker) and carefully removed the baffle, as I did, then dropped the replacement in. Cheers all around! So, No. 3 is the neighborhood spare.
I used a Magill forceps (I’m a medical writer and interviewer) in the past to remove foreign objects that fell in, while the neighbor always had a pair of long needle nose pliers handy. We both agreed that it was “about time” we had a removable/replaceable baffle. (Yes, yes, we always always unplugged the unit, even flipped the breaker, before diving in.)

I was slightly disappointed when I ordered the right part for my discontinued Craftsman shop vac. I ordered a replacement blower wheel that actually fits a Rigid. The problem was the one sent was only a 1/4" between the impeller and my original wheel was 3/8". Good news is the Representative found the correct wheel. Back in business. I however, had to pay for return shipping.
