About the Marley J1008B
The Marley J1008B is a surface-mounted electric convection heater, rated 1000 watts at 208V. It heats by convection, with room air circulating through a finned element, and is rated for commercial and industrial use only, not residential use.
The cabinet has a perforated front cover and grille in a baked enamel finish, which can be repainted with household enamel. A built-in adjustable thermostat, high-limit control and disconnect switch are included, and tamper-proof screws secure the covers.
It mounts on a wall with its length running horizontally and must not be recessed.
Installation Tips
Disconnect all power before wiring or servicing, and confirm the supply voltage matches the nameplate. Mount the heater on a vertical wall with its length horizontal, at least 6 in above the floor, 1.5 in from side walls and 3 ft below the ceiling. Use wire rated at least 75°C (RH, THW or equivalent) sized to code, and ground the unit to the green pigtail lead. Keep combustibles at least 3 ft from the front, don't install it behind doors or below towel racks, and don't run it without the grille. Wall anchors and bolts are not included.

She was thrilled, and put a new blade on her X-acto knife (a furniture maker) and carefully removed the baffle, as I did, then dropped the replacement in. Cheers all around! So, No. 3 is the neighborhood spare.
I used a Magill forceps (I’m a medical writer and interviewer) in the past to remove foreign objects that fell in, while the neighbor always had a pair of long needle nose pliers handy. We both agreed that it was “about time” we had a removable/replaceable baffle. (Yes, yes, we always always unplugged the unit, even flipped the breaker, before diving in.)

I was slightly disappointed when I ordered the right part for my discontinued Craftsman shop vac. I ordered a replacement blower wheel that actually fits a Rigid. The problem was the one sent was only a 1/4" between the impeller and my original wheel was 3/8". Good news is the Representative found the correct wheel. Back in business. I however, had to pay for return shipping.
