About the InSinkErator HWT-F1000S
The HWT-F1000S pairs an InSinkErator 2/3-gallon stainless steel instant hot water tank with the F-1000S filtration kit. It supplies near-boiling water to an InSinkErator dispenser faucet (faucet not included).
The 750-watt, 115V tank turns out up to 60 cups of hot water per hour. Temperature is adjustable from 160°F to 210°F and is set at 200°F at the factory. It plugs in with a grounded three-prong cord and has tool-free connections plus dry-start protection.
The filter kit contains an F-1000 cartridge, a bracket head, tubing and fittings, and reduces particulates and chlorine taste and odor. InSinkErator states the tank works with all of its dispensers except the Hot1. Check the compatible-models list on this page.
Installation Tips
Unplug the tank and shut off the cold water supply before working on the system. The tank plugs into a grounded outlet using its three-prong cord.
