About the InSinkErator H-CTR-SS
The InSinkErator Contour is a complete instant hot water system made up of a hot-only faucet and a 2/3-gallon tank that mounts under the sink. It delivers near-boiling water on demand, with the manufacturer rating output at about 60 cups per hour.
The tank runs on a standard 115-volt supply and draws 750 watts. Water temperature is adjustable from 160°F to 210°F and comes preset at 200°F. The faucet uses a self-closing valve, and the tank has tool-free connections and dry start protection.
The faucet installs in a standard 1-1/4" to 1-1/2" sink or countertop hole. The manufacturer states the unit is not for commercial or industrial use.
