About the InSinkErator 11327G

The InSinkErator 11327G is a mounting adaptor from InSinkErator's mounting adapter selection guide. It is used to connect an InSinkErator commercial food waste disposer to a sink or bowl that was set up for a different mounting.

Per InSinkErator, this adaptor fits a flange-style sink mount with a 7 in opening and a 7-3/8 in outside flange, a size normally used with National, Hobart and Toledo mountings. The guide notes that National mountings have a ten-bolt circle on the split ring.

Choosing the right adaptor depends on the size and style of the sink opening, so compare your measurements to the specifications on this page. Not sure which one you need? Measure your sink or bowl opening and call us with the measurement and your disposer model number.

Installation Tips

Turn off power to the disposer at the breaker before working on it. Follow the note in the InSinkErator selection guide for this adaptor: previous adaptor parts are discarded.

I ordered three (3) as they were inexpensive and . . . my neighbor has the same model! She was thrilled, and put a new blade on her X-acto knife (a furniture maker) and carefully removed the baffle, as I did, then dropped the replacement in. Cheers all around! So, No. 3 is the neighborhood spare. I used a Magill forceps (I’m a medical writer and interviewer) in the past to remove foreign objects that fell in, while the neighbor always had a pair of long needle nose pliers handy. We both agreed that it was “about time” we had a removable/replaceable baffle. (Yes, yes, we always always unplugged the unit, even flipped the breaker, before diving in.)

I was slightly disappointed when I ordered the right part for my discontinued Craftsman shop vac. I ordered a replacement blower wheel that actually fits a Rigid. The problem was the one sent was only a 1/4" between the impeller and my original wheel was 3/8". Good news is the Representative found the correct wheel. Back in business.
