About the InSinkErator 13119C

This is a clamp for the InSinkErator 11378C mounting adaptor, the hardware that joins an InSinkErator commercial disposer to a sink or bowl that has no flange.

InSinkErator lists the 11378C as a no-flange mount for a 4-1/2 inch sink opening. That kit uses a 4-3/4 inch rubber connection sleeve secured with clamping bands, and InSinkErator notes support legs are required with this mount.

For the 6-inch 11378A adaptor, the matching band is the 13119B. If you're unsure which adaptor you have, call us with your disposer's model number before ordering.

Installation Tips

Turn off power to the disposer at the breaker or disconnect before working on the mounting.

My Insinkerator instant hot water dispenser arrived on time, and as described. I had found for a few dollars less on Ebay but had less confidence in the supplier. I ordered three (3) as they were inexpensive and . . . my neighbor has the same model! She was thrilled, and put a new blade on her X-acto knife (a furniture maker) and carefully removed the baffle, as I did, then dropped the replacement in. Cheers all around! So, No. 3 is the neighborhood spare. I used a Magill forceps (I’m a medical writer and interviewer) in the past to remove foreign objects that fell in, while the neighbor always had a pair of long needle nose pliers handy. We both agreed that it was “about time” we had a removable/replaceable baffle. (Yes, yes, we always always unplugged the unit, even flipped the breaker, before diving in.)

I was slightly disappointed when I ordered the right part for my discontinued Craftsman shop vac. I ordered a replacement blower wheel that actually fits a Rigid. The problem was the one sent was only a 1/4" between the impeller and my original wheel was 3/8". Good news is the Representative found the correct wheel. Back in business.
