Had to find a new gasket and metal connection piece for a garbage disposal- up popped this store in a search- it's a good 3-4 days drive from me. A man answered the phone and helped me figure out the correct part for my model, They had exactly what I needed, they both landed in my mailbox just a few days later. Excellent company to do business with!

We needed a new “end piece” for our under-sink hot water heater dispenser. I got on the internet and started asking questions and was directed to your site. I was directed to where I could find the information you needed to get me the proper color etc and voila! Now I have the part. Thank you for making something that seemed impossible to find a much easier task than I assumed it would be.

I needed the OEM part. My first attempt on Amazon sent a Chinese part and it didn't work. You guys sent the correct part. Perfect. The bummer was that shipping charge was more than twice the cost of the part. Still, I'm happy with the ease of the web purchase and fast shipping time.

My in-laws instant hot started leaking and when I researched the issue, Carroll Parts was tagged in a repair video and a link to the exact part I needed. Ordering was super easy, the part came a day early, and the leak was repaired in a few minutes!

My Insinkerator instant hot water dispenser arrived on time, and as described. I had found for a few dollars less on Ebay but had less confidence in the supplier. I am happy with my purchase as it was easily installed in about ten minutes as replacement for the old one. Be sure and note that this unit is for the heater ONLY, no additional hardware, hoses, dispenser, etc. It was what I needed; be sure that is all you need.

I contacted the kitchen faucet manufacturer for a replacement defective part. They were NO help. But I found what I needed on Carroll Parts easily for a great price and super fast shipping. Carroll is now my "go-to" parts house.

I ordered a replacement Insinkerator "Instant Hot" electric boiler for the kitchen sink. Carroll's price was the best online - cheaper than Amazon even with paying shipping. The order was shipped quickly and arrived in a timely manner. I would order from Carroll Parts again without and hesitation.

Pretty simple, my Instahot tank blew the heater and I needed a replacement. Every other place only wanted to sell me a completely new unit (with an unneeded faucet). Carroll had exactly what I needed, at a reasonble price, and shipped it on time. Highly recommended.

Lyle K.

Generally a very good transaction. The website is excellent and even had an install video. The selection of OEM equipment is great and so is the pricing. My only complaint is that shipping costs were higher than I expected, but it was FedEx so I thought that was OK. It came USPS….

Easy to find this hose for my old Craftsman vacuum. Looks like the stock, original piece and much thicker and heavier than the last replacement I found at one of the home centers. Good find, shoulda' bought two.

Christopher S.

I ordered three (3) as they were inexpensive and . . . my neighbor has the same model! She was thrilled, and put a new blade on her X-acto knife (a furniture maker) and carefully removed the baffle, as I did, then dropped the replacement in. Cheers all around! So, No. 3 is the neighborhood spare. I used a Magill forceps (I’m a medical writer and interviewer) in the past to remove foreign objects that fell in, while the neighbor always had a pair of long needle nose pliers handy. We both agreed that it was “about time” we had a removable/replaceable baffle. (Yes, yes, we always always unplugged the unit, even flipped the breaker, before diving in.)

Service was outstanding. The only issue was the failure of USPS to deliver the product within the originally stated time window of Oct 31 or Nov 1. It arrived Nov 6 or 7. Perhaps an Amazon delivery would be better for your customers.

Hard-to-Find Parts, Fast and Hassle-Free I was blown away to find replacement parts for a Craftsman shop vac that’s easily 15–18 years old. Carroll Parts had exactly what I needed. The ordering process was smooth, shipping was fast, and everything arrived well-packaged and in perfect condition. It’s rare to find a company that stocks legacy parts and delivers top-notch service. Highly recommend for anyone trying to keep their older tools running strong!

I was sooo impressed! I have a ceiling fan that has up and downward lights, too. After 20 years, the remote wore out. I looked on-line and couldn't see where I could buy the same thing, since so many years. I ended up phoning Carroll Parts and got the most INFORMATIVE, patient man who directed me to a remote that WOULD work for my old unit--it just looked different and had been rebranded. I received it and am back on track! These days, a consumer doesn't always get great help "from a human"!! It was GREAT! Highly recommend!!

If I could give your compay & Bob, in particular, 10 stars I would do that. I am a senior and I can honestly say that this is the first company I have dealt with in a LONG time that knows the meaning of customer service. Bob went out of his way to let me know the status of my order when FedEx seemed to have a problem with my delivery. Kudos to Bob and Carroll Parts. Your service was MUCH appreciated. Thx

This a a great company. They recommend the appropriate parts I needed when I called and asked questions. (Yes I was able to speak with a real human.) Both times they were very helpful and knowledgeable about the product. Buy from them i stead of feeding the amazon monster.

I ordered an "InSinkErator 76694 Stopper Cover Control Plus" to replace the previous one I had. I provided the part number to the Customer Service person I spoke with. Unfortunately, the part # I had no longer exist. However, per my description of the part, the Customer Service person was able to locate the identical part (different number). My order was fulfilled immediately and arrived in just a few days. The fit and function is perfect! I am happy the part was in stock and arrived so quickly. Thank you!

Best website that gives a great description of these little screws I needed for my garbage disposal unit. This was something I couldn’t buy in person in my city because not one hardware store carried such items. Although I paid more in shipping then the product itself, it’s worth the money because it saved me the stress and time searching; too convenient!

I was slightly disappointed when I ordered the right part for my discontinued Craftsman shop vac. I ordered a replacement blower wheel that actually fits a Rigid. The problem was the one sent was only a 1/4" between the impeller and my original wheel was 3/8". Good news is the Representative found the correct wheel. Back in business. I however, had to pay for return shipping.

Found exact OEM part for my older Shop Vac at Carroll Parts. Manufacturer site listed this part as no longer available. A phone call confirmed part was in stock at Carroll. I then placed an online order and received the part shortly after. The part was an exact fit and function as the original at a price cheaper than non-OEM parts found on other sites. I've ordered from Carroll in the past with the same great results.
