The 410148000 is a fan delay control for Marley, Qmark and Berko electric unit heaters. It carries the rating F145-45 and is marked with a red identification dot.

A fan delay manages the heater's fan separately from the heating element. It lets the fan keep running for a while after the element turns off. When you replace one, match the rating and identification dot on your old control, and check your model number against the compatible-models list on this page.

I ordered three (3) as they were inexpensive and . . . my neighbor has the same model! She was thrilled, and put a new blade on her X-acto knife (a furniture maker) and carefully removed the baffle, as I did, then dropped the replacement in. Cheers all around! So, No. 3 is the neighborhood spare. I used a Magill forceps (I’m a medical writer and interviewer) in the past to remove foreign objects that fell in, while the neighbor always had a pair of long needle nose pliers handy. We both agreed that it was “about time” we had a removable/replaceable baffle. (Yes, yes, we always always unplugged the unit, even flipped the breaker, before diving in.)

I was slightly disappointed when I ordered the right part for my discontinued Craftsman shop vac. I ordered a replacement blower wheel that actually fits a Rigid. The problem was the one sent was only a 1/4" between the impeller and my original wheel was 3/8". Good news is the Representative found the correct wheel. Back in business. I however, had to pay for return shipping.
