About the Marley HT2024SSNW
The Marley HT2024SSNW is a SmartSeries programmable fan-forced wall heater for 240V, single-phase circuits. Its output is proportional, adjusting from 250 up to 2,000 watts to hold the temperature you set, and the heating elements are a non-glowing finned steel-sheathed design.
An integrated digital thermostat with an LED touch screen covers 40°F to 99°F and supports 5/2-day programming with four periods per day. Settings can be locked, and a separate remote control is included. A built-in fan delay keeps the fan off until the elements warm up and runs it briefly after heating stops. A manual-reset thermal limit cuts power to the elements if the heater overheats.
The 18-gauge powder-coated steel fan panel sits behind a louvered, powder-coated grille in white. It mounts recessed in the wall, or on the surface with an optional frame.
Installation Tips
Turn off power at the breaker before installing or servicing. The rough-in box mounts first and provides a roomy wiring compartment. Keep at least 12 in. from the floor and any adjacent wall and 36 in. from the ceiling. It must not be mounted upside down or sideways, behind a door or towel rack, in a closet, or in a floor or ceiling. For surface mounting, use the optional white surface frame SMHTSSSNW.

I ordered three (3) as they were inexpensive and . . . my neighbor has the same model!
She was thrilled, and put a new blade on her X-acto knife (a furniture maker) and carefully removed the baffle, as I did, then dropped the replacement in. Cheers all around! So, No. 3 is the neighborhood spare.
I used a Magill forceps (I’m a medical writer and interviewer) in the past to remove foreign objects that fell in, while the neighbor always had a pair of long needle nose pliers handy. We both agreed that it was “about time” we had a removable/replaceable baffle. (Yes, yes, we always always unplugged the unit, even flipped the breaker, before diving in.)

I was slightly disappointed when I ordered the right part for my discontinued Craftsman shop vac. I ordered a replacement blower wheel that actually fits a Rigid. The problem was the one sent was only a 1/4" between the impeller and my original wheel was 3/8". Good news is the Representative found the correct wheel. Back in business. I however, had to pay for return shipping.
