About the Marley 2573HWC
The Marley 2573HWC is a 3 ft (36") electric baseboard heater from the 2500 Series line, finished in Navajo White textured powder coat. It is a single-phase, multi-voltage unit: it puts out 750 watts on a 277V circuit, 564 watts on 240V and 423 watts on 208V, so one unit can be wired to any of those three supply voltages.
This is the high-altitude version of the heater, intended for installations mounted above 7,500 feet.
The body is steel, about 6-3/4 in. tall and 2-7/8 in. deep, and each junction box has a cable clamp and a ground pigtail. Heat comes from a nickel-chromium element in a steel sheath with pressure-bonded aluminum fins. A linear thermal cutout along the heater shuts it off if it overheats and resets once it cools. The unit is cULus listed and rated for continuous operation; thermostats and other controls are sold separately.

My Insinkerator instant hot water dispenser arrived on time, and as described. I had found for a few dollars less on Ebay but had less confidence in the supplier. I am happy with my purchase as it was easily installed in about ten minutes as replacement for the old one. Be sure and note that this unit is for the heater ONLY, no additional hardware, hoses, dispenser, etc. It was what I needed; be sure that is all you need.

I ordered three (3) as they were inexpensive and . . . my neighbor has the same model!
She was thrilled, and put a new blade on her X-acto knife (a furniture maker) and carefully removed the baffle, as I did, then dropped the replacement in. Cheers all around! So, No. 3 is the neighborhood spare.
I used a Magill forceps (I’m a medical writer and interviewer) in the past to remove foreign objects that fell in, while the neighbor always had a pair of long needle nose pliers handy. We both agreed that it was “about time” we had a removable/replaceable baffle. (Yes, yes, we always always unplugged the unit, even flipped the breaker, before diving in.)

Service was outstanding. The only issue was the failure of USPS to deliver the product within the originally stated time window of Oct 31 or Nov 1. It arrived Nov 6 or 7. Perhaps an Amazon delivery would be better for your customers.

I was slightly disappointed when I ordered the right part for my discontinued Craftsman shop vac. I ordered a replacement blower wheel that actually fits a Rigid. The problem was the one sent was only a 1/4" between the impeller and my original wheel was 3/8". Good news is the Representative found the correct wheel. Back in business. I however, had to pay for return shipping.
