About the Marley 2512HWCA
The Marley 2512HWCA is a 24-inch electric baseboard heater for 120-volt, single-phase circuits. It puts out 400W and draws 3.4A. This is the high-altitude version, built for installations more than 7,500 feet above sea level.
The cabinet is steel, with heavier-gauge steel control boxes, and the element is nickel-chrome wire in a steel sheath with aluminum fins bonded to it. A linear thermal cutout installed at the factory turns the heater off if it overheats and resets once it cools. It has a textured polyester powder-coat finish for corrosion resistance.
The heater stands 6-3/4 inches tall and 2-7/8 inches deep. Thermostats and other matching accessories are sold separately.
Installation Tips
Turn off power at the breaker before wiring. Knockouts are 7/8 inch for 1/2-inch conduit, junction boxes include cable clamps and a ground pigtail, and supply wiring should be rated for 60°C insulation. Follow local electrical codes.

She was thrilled, and put a new blade on her X-acto knife (a furniture maker) and carefully removed the baffle, as I did, then dropped the replacement in. Cheers all around! So, No. 3 is the neighborhood spare.
I used a Magill forceps (I’m a medical writer and interviewer) in the past to remove foreign objects that fell in, while the neighbor always had a pair of long needle nose pliers handy. We both agreed that it was “about time” we had a removable/replaceable baffle. (Yes, yes, we always always unplugged the unit, even flipped the breaker, before diving in.)

I was slightly disappointed when I ordered the right part for my discontinued Craftsman shop vac. I ordered a replacement blower wheel that actually fits a Rigid. The problem was the one sent was only a 1/4" between the impeller and my original wheel was 3/8". Good news is the Representative found the correct wheel. Back in business.
