About the Marley 2502W
The 2502W is a 2-foot electric baseboard heater in the Marley/Qmark 2500 Series, rated 400 watts on a 208-volt single-phase supply. It heats by natural convection with no fan, so it runs quietly and moves little air, and it is suited to bedrooms, living areas, kitchens, bathrooms, basements, offices and hallways.
The heating element is nickel-chromium resistance wire in a steel sheath with bonded aluminum fins. Air is directed away from the wall to help reduce streaking. A linear thermal cut-out installed at the factory switches the heater off if it overheats and resets once it cools.
The low-profile steel housing has a textured powder-coat finish and wiring compartments at both ends with built-in cable clamps. It is cULus listed and may be mounted on the wall at floor level, including over carpet.
Installation Tips
Turn off power at the breaker before wiring. The junction box has 7/8-inch knockouts for 1/2-inch conduit, and supply conductors should be rated for 60°C insulation, per the manufacturer's submittal sheet.

I ordered three (3) as they were inexpensive and . . . my neighbor has the same model!
She was thrilled, and put a new blade on her X-acto knife (a furniture maker) and carefully removed the baffle, as I did, then dropped the replacement in. Cheers all around! So, No. 3 is the neighborhood spare.
I used a Magill forceps (I’m a medical writer and interviewer) in the past to remove foreign objects that fell in, while the neighbor always had a pair of long needle nose pliers handy. We both agreed that it was “about time” we had a removable/replaceable baffle. (Yes, yes, we always always unplugged the unit, even flipped the breaker, before diving in.)

Service was outstanding. The only issue was the failure of USPS to deliver the product within the originally stated time window of Oct 31 or Nov 1. It arrived Nov 6 or 7. Perhaps an Amazon delivery would be better for your customers.

I was slightly disappointed when I ordered the right part for my discontinued Craftsman shop vac. I ordered a replacement blower wheel that actually fits a Rigid. The problem was the one sent was only a 1/4" between the impeller and my original wheel was 3/8". Good news is the Representative found the correct wheel. Back in business. I however, had to pay for return shipping.
