About the Marley 25426HWCA
The Marley 25426HWCA is a 30-inch 2500 Series electric baseboard heater built for installations above 7,500 feet. It runs on a 240-volt or 208-volt circuit, single phase, and is rated 500W at 240V / 376W at 208V.
The heating element uses nickel-chromium resistance wire inside a steel sheath, with aluminum fins pressure-bonded to the sheath. A factory-installed linear thermal cut-out switches the heater off if it overheats and back on once it cools. The body is steel, and a built-in junction box with a cable clamp and ground pigtail accepts incoming and outgoing cable, with 7/8 in. knockouts for 1/2 in. conduit.
The Navajo White finish is a textured polyester powder coat. The heater is cULus listed and designed for supply wiring with 60°C insulation. Single-pole and double-pole thermostats and other controls are offered as separate accessories for this series.
Installation Tips
Turn off power at the breaker before working on the heater or its wiring. Use supply conductors rated for 60°C insulation. Installation should be done by a qualified electrician following local codes.

She was thrilled, and put a new blade on her X-acto knife (a furniture maker) and carefully removed the baffle, as I did, then dropped the replacement in. Cheers all around! So, No. 3 is the neighborhood spare.
I used a Magill forceps (I’m a medical writer and interviewer) in the past to remove foreign objects that fell in, while the neighbor always had a pair of long needle nose pliers handy. We both agreed that it was “about time” we had a removable/replaceable baffle. (Yes, yes, we always always unplugged the unit, even flipped the breaker, before diving in.)

I was slightly disappointed when I ordered the right part for my discontinued Craftsman shop vac. I ordered a replacement blower wheel that actually fits a Rigid. The problem was the one sent was only a 1/4" between the impeller and my original wheel was 3/8". Good news is the Representative found the correct wheel. Back in business. I however, had to pay for return shipping.
