Easy to find this hose for my old Craftsman vacuum. Looks like the stock, original piece and much thicker and heavier than the last replacement I found at one of the home centers. Good find, shoulda' bought two.

I ordered three (3) as they were inexpensive and . . . my neighbor has the same model!
She was thrilled, and put a new blade on her X-acto knife (a furniture maker) and carefully removed the baffle, as I did, then dropped the replacement in. Cheers all around! So, No. 3 is the neighborhood spare.
I used a Magill forceps (I’m a medical writer and interviewer) in the past to remove foreign objects that fell in, while the neighbor always had a pair of long needle nose pliers handy. We both agreed that it was “about time” we had a removable/replaceable baffle. (Yes, yes, we always always unplugged the unit, even flipped the breaker, before diving in.)

Service was outstanding. The only issue was the failure of USPS to deliver the product within the originally stated time window of Oct 31 or Nov 1. It arrived Nov 6 or 7. Perhaps an Amazon delivery would be better for your customers.

The remote control for my bedroom ceiling fan, the only way to start it and turn on the light had given op the ghost. I contacted Carroll parts and had a new one in two days,, What an amazing customer service. If I have need of any other parts for anything in my house, you can bet your bottom dollar I will call them again!

Best website that gives a great description of these little screws I needed for my garbage disposal unit. This was something I couldn’t buy in person in my city because not one hardware store carried such items. Although I paid more in shipping then the product itself, it’s worth the money because it saved me the stress and time searching; too convenient!

I was slightly disappointed when I ordered the right part for my discontinued Craftsman shop vac. I ordered a replacement blower wheel that actually fits a Rigid. The problem was the one sent was only a 1/4" between the impeller and my original wheel was 3/8". Good news is the Representative found the correct wheel. Back in business. I however, had to pay for return shipping.
